Best Before. 12 months from the date of manufacture in the normal conditions of conservation, with the exception of Spanish tortillas and Oven Baked Patisserie which are 18 months.
Storage. Keep at -18 °C (-0.4°F) or less. After defrosting do not freeze again.
Rye Bread 470 g. Shelf life of the baked rye bread is 2 days at room temperature.
Frankfurt Soft 90 g. It is fit for consumption within 3 days after defrosting, keeping it in a closed bag.
Spelt Burger 90 g. Optional you can defrost it during 2 minutes in the microwave.
Pies, Small Savoury Pastry And Pasty. We recommend straight cooking: there is no need to defrost the product beforehand. It is not necessary to coat it with egg or allow it to rise.
Small Pies of the World, D-Shaped Small Pies and D-Shaped Pasties. Another option is to let them thaw for about 10 to 15 minutes and then fry in oil at 190 °C (374 °F) for 10 minutes (5 minutes for D-Shaped Pasties).
Ready-to-Eat Range. This product can get in the oven without need to withdraw the packing. Also it is possible to consume directly once defrosted.
Pastries. Except for the Almond Tart, Almond King Size Cake, Brownie Per-Cut, Carrot King Size Cake and Tres Leches Cake we recommend that products be kept cold after defrosting (32 °F/39.2 °F) and eaten within 3 days.
Almond Tart. It is fit for consumption within 30 days after defrosting, but only if kept in its original package and avoiding temperature contrast and draughts.
Almond King Size Cake. It is fit for consumption within 15 days after defrosting, but only if kept in its original package and avoiding temperature contrast and draughts.
Brownie Per-Cut. It is fit for consumption within 7 days after defrosting, but only if kept in its original package and avoiding temperature contrast and draughts.
Carrot King Size Cake and Tres Leches Cake. It is fit for consumption within 5 days after defrosting, but only if kept in its original package and avoiding temperature contrast and draughts.
Spanish Tortilla. Coat with oil before placing them in the oven. Other ways to prepare them are: Microwave: spread oil over the product and cover it with the microwave’s lid. Keep it at full power approx 5–10 min (Catering Spanish Tortilla, 10–15 min). Time can vary depending on microwave’s power. Frying pan: place the tortilla in the with oil spread frying pan and cover it. Heat each side on a low flame during 5–10 minutes.
