Manuel CHOUSA
founded in 1959 CHOUSA Bakery in Lugo, who soon after becomes a benchmark of quality and prestige to the entire city.

The interests of the second CHOUSA generation brought our workers technology applied to frozen, learning to refine our recipes and succeeding in increasing our product range. Our particular production systems, quality, commercial and logistics have allowed us to be in more than 17 countries, making us leaders in Spain and Portugal with Traditional Breads, Pies and Savouries, not forgetting our range of Patisserie.

Today, the third generation continues to invest and develop products based on our origins, combining cutting-edge methods with the recipes of yesteryear in order to grasp current market needs and make available the traditional products prepared like never before.
